By Anthony Vargas Reporter
Rogue soldiers are reportedly recruiting fellow soldiers in Bicol to stage destabilization efforts against the government, a senior police official said Thursday.
Senior Supt. Balligi Tira, Bicol Police chief, said that they have been receiving intelligence information that members of Magdaló group were making rounds on troops in Camarines Sur. The Army’s 9th Infantry Division is based in Pili, Camarines Sur.
