Military told: Evacuate civilians before MILF offensive

Several groups led by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on Monday criticized the military’s declaration of an all-out war against the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF). The CHR chief said that before pursuing the rebels, the military should first declare a temporary truce to allow the evacuation of civilians in conflict zones.
